Hacker state is an idea that evolved from the Network state from Balaji.
A network state is a highly aligned online community with a capacity for collective action that crowdfunds territory around the world and eventually gains diplomatic recognition from pre-existing states.
And just as with Network state, Balaji is constantly advancing his definition and depth of the Network state, our idea of hacker state will be constantly updated but here is a good start of what the community is seeking. We welcome all hackers with the same vision to join this innovative experiment of the Network state and together we BUIDL.
